44 projects to be presented with Ho Chi Minh City Creative Awards
Forty-four projects will be presented with the first-ever Ho Chi Minh City Creative Awards at a ceremony scheduled on June 6, as heard at a press conference on May 31.

The winning solutions, products and services stood out from more than 110 entries in different categories, including socio-economy, defence and security, culture and arts, administrative reform, start-ups, and basic science.
A first, second and third prize will be presented in each category, each worth VND100 million (US$4,300), VND80 million (US$3,440) and VND 60 million (US$2,580), respectively.
According to the organising board, the finalist projects have successfully been brought into life and have certainly gained encouraging results.
The awards, launched in December 2018, are the first of its kind to be held by the Ho Chi Minh city’s authorities to encourage individual and collectives to contribute their creativity and dynamism to facilitate the city’s development./.
