Mr. Mai Van Nhieu acknowledged the information related to some real estate projects in the province reflected by the press. Thereby, the provincial People's Committee grasped and directed, solved and rectified the shortcomings and limitations.

“Many real estate projects advertised on the internet also contain a lot of untrue information. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Information and Communications to review and check to take measures to handle and correct violations over the past time. At the same time, the provincial People's Committee also directed departments and sectors to provide information on projects timely, openly and transparently eligible projects or ineligible ones. Currently, the Provincial Inspector is conducting inspections of some projects that have a lot of information reflected from public opinions and newspapers”, said Mai Van Nhieu.

Also at the press conference, Acting Director of Construction Department - Nguyen Minh Hung informed the law observance for each residential project converted due to reducing the IP area.

Accordingly, 5 IPs in the province were approved to reduce the area by the Prime Minister. They are Duc Hoa I IP - Hanh Phuc in Duc Hoa Dong commune, Duc Hoa district (reduced from more than 274 hectares to more than 257.6 hectares); Duc Hoa III IP - Anh Hong in Duc Lap Ha commune, Duc Hoa district (reduced from more than 55.2 hectares to more than 44.8 hectares); Duc Hoa III IP - Hong Dat in Duc Lap Ha commune, Duc Hoa district (reduced from 99.4 hectares to 29.4 hectares); Duc Hoa III IP - Viet Hoa in Duc Lap Ha commune, Duc Hoa district (reduced from more than 83.2 hectares to more than 44.4 hectares); Cau Tram IP in Long Trach commune, Can Duoc district (reduced from more than 77.8 hectares to more than 69.9 hectares).

In the 5 IPs approved by the Prime Minister to reduce the above area, only Duc Hoa III IP - Hong Dat was approved by the Provincial People's Committee to invest residential area in the reduced area of the IP with an area of about 70 hectares.

Also according to the report, there are 2 enterprises violating the sanction. Specifically, Inspector of Construction Department issued a decision to sanction Trung Thanh Company (Cau Tram IP) on the construction of technical infrastructure in residential areas without construction permits on May 17.

Previously, Inspector of Construction Department also sanctioned Hong Dat Joint Stock Company - Long An (Duc Hoa III IP - Hong Dat) on the construction of technical infrastructure in residential areas without construction permits on March 18.

Simultaneously, the Construction Department proposed to sanction the above two enterprises for real estate business acts when they were not eligible to put into real estate business as prescribed./.
