According to the ministry, the number of candidates who scored above the average mark of 5 accounts for between 50% and 70% (excluding History and English).

In particular, 447 contestants scored 10, with the most in the Civic Education test as 309 students earned 10. There were also 4,309 candidates who scored 0 (the most in Math, with 951).

The exam result analysis shows the objectivity, honesty and justice in organising the national high school exam in 2018, the MOET said, adding that it was an information channel to classify the quality of secondary education across every region nationwide.

Students who want to revise their scores are allowed to send their appeals to the relevant education and training units up until July 20. By July 15, the provincial departments of education and training will have basically completed the high school graduation procedures for the candidates./.
