
Duc Hoa district promotes the provision of level 3 and 4 online public services for people and businesses
People's Committee of Duc Hoa district informed that, from the guiding documents of the Provincial People's Committee and the promugation of departments and branches, the district implemented the project on renovating the implementation of the "one-stop shop", "one-stop shop inter-door” in handling administrative procedures. Accordingly, the district promotes information, propaganda and guidance for organizations and individuals to use online public services; deploys, implements the list of levels 3 and 4 online public services; focuses on solving administrative problems in the electronic environment through levels 3 and 4 online public services and digitizing records, results of administrative procedures. At the same time, the District People's Committee directed the District Public Administration Center, the People's Committees of communes and townships to coordinate with the District Youth Union and the Commune-level Youth Union to build and organize the model of guiding people to access level 3 and 4 online public services.

Thanks to timely urging and promoting the effectiveness of providing and using online public services, the percentage of records received and solved through level 3 and 4 online public services in Duc Hoa district is increasing. In 2022, the district receives and solves 56,436/110.642 records of administrative procedures through level 3 and 4 online public services (accounting for 51%), of which 35,560 records at district level and 20,876 records at commune level. “However, in the process of receiving and handling records through level 3 and 4 online public services, there are still some difficulties such as inadequate equipment at the receiving and returning department; people do not fully understand the policy of implementing, receiving and solving administrative procedures through level 3 and 4 online public services, do not know much about information technology, do not have smart phones and still have the mentality of direct payment, afraid of submiting online” - District People's Committee informed.
According to Chairman of Duc Hoa District People's Committee - Le Truong Chinh, in order to improve the reception and settlement of administrative procedures through level 3 and 4 online public services, the district continues to organize training and propaganda for cadres, civil servants and public employees to understand the benefits and effectiveness of online submission of level 3 and 4 records; strengthen coordination of community digital technology groups to propagate and guide people in meetings of hamlets and neighborhoods. At the same time, the district maintains the model of guiding people to access to level 3 and 4 online public services; creates Zalo groups to promptly handle problems and difficulties for organizations and individuals when performing administrative procedures; guides people to pay online; deploys and returns records results through the public postal system; enhances the application of information technology in receiving and processing records such as scanning barcodes to submit, receive results, and announcing results by voice./.
