The project to build the headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Thu Thua District belongs to Group B project, invested by the Provincial People's Committee and assigned to the People's Committee of Thu Thua District as the investor, represented by the Thu Thua Investment Project Management Unit for construction investment.

The project has a total area of 5 hectares, constructed by Dai A Chau Manufacturing, Construction and Trading Co., Ltd., divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 includes the following items: block of District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee, guest house, public administration center building, dining block, conference center block with gate, fence, security house with The total cost is 150 billion VND supported from the provincial budget.

Phase 2 includes investment items on squares, internal roads, office equipment with a total cost of 100 billion VND from the district budget. The project will be built in 30 months, expected to be completed in May 2024.

It is known that the current headquarters of the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Thu Thua District, which was built before 1983, is now degraded, has a small area, does not guarantee the working conditions of the district's officials and civil servants, partially affected the activities over the past time.

Although the district has repaired and upgraded many times, it cannot be repaired or upgraded until now. From there, the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district made a plan, surveyed the site and submitted it to the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - Provincial People's Committee and provincial departments and branches for investment support to build a new headquarters.
