He suggested the Party Committees of districts, town and city, and Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee to urgently direct and urge the implementation of learning and thoroughly propagate the Resolution of the XI Congress of Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 in localities and units. At the same time, all levels of the Party Committee should pay attention to promoting the propaganda of the Resolution of the XIth Provincial Party Congress widely among the people; direct to organize the research, study and thoroughly grasp the Resolution for members, members of socio-political organizations, workers, officials and employees.
