Participants are children; student teams, professional groups; gifted clubs and classes are living and studying at the Provincial Children's House. Here, students can participate in folk games, lantern making, baking and entertainment.

The Full Moon Festival program aims to create conditions for children to have fun, entertain, promote their talents and educate about skills in their life.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee mobilized companies and businesses to donate 10 bicycles, each worth 2 million VND, to poor children who overcome difficulties to study well; 50 mid-autumn gifts for children in extremely difficult circumstances, each gift is worth 500,000 VND.

In addition, all children participating in the Full Moon Festival will receive lanterns, moon cakes, candies, etc./.
