Long An continues to maintain top position in disbursement ranking of public investment capital.

Long An ranks 3rd out of 63 provinces and cities and 6th out of 107 investors nationwide in disbursing public investment capital in the first 7 months of 2024

Compared to data in 6 months (Long An ranked 4th out of 63 provinces and cities and 10th out of 107 investors nationwide), the province's capital disbursement rate continued to improve and maintained its position in the top of public investment disbursement ranking.

The Provincial People's Committee has allocated a total capital of more than 10,071 billion VND. By July 31, 2024, the implementation volume was more than 5,204 billion VND, reaching 51.67% of the plan. The province disbursed more than 5,200 billion VND, reaching 51.64% of the plan. Of which, the districts managed capital is more than 2,202 billion VND, the implementation and disbursement volume was more than 1,304 billion VND, reaching 59.24% of the plan; The provincial managed capital is over 7,869 billion VND, the implementation volume is over 3,899 billion VND, the disbursement is over 3,896 billion VND, reaching 48.51% of the plan.

Of the 29 investors, 10 investors disbursed over 60% of the plan, 9 investors disbursed from 50% to 60% of the plan, 10 investors disbursed less than 50% of the plan.

The Provincial People's Committee requested that investors continue to resolutely implement, focus on effectively implementing investment as well as disbursing public investment capital. For investors disbursing less than 50%, the Provincial People's Committee directed that they need to focus more, have measures and solutions to improve, promote capital disbursement. If the delay affects the general rate, capital will be transferred to other investors./.
