However, the implementation has faced difficulties such as site clearance, timeliness in allocating capital, and so on.

The Department proposed to the Provincial People's Committee to direct the relevant local authorities to coordinate the site clearance for early handover; to direct the concerned departments and branches to consider and support the bidding method; etc.

Deputy Director of Planning and Investment Department - Vo Ngoc Dinh said that the Department of Transport should clearly report on site clearance for each specific project and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for appropriate direction; ensure the disbursement progress according to the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee (by September 2020, the disbursement has to reach at least 65 percent). For each task, the Department should focus on directing, reviewing and coordinating implementation to complete as planned, contributing to local socio-economic development./.
