According to the report of the Organizing Committee, after the launching ceremony, by the end of August 28, the Campaign received 23 proposals from 14 participants. In which, the socio-cultural field has the most proposals of 11 by 9 participants; economic field has 9 proposals from 8 participants; Party and government building field has 2 proposals; the last one is a general proposal in many fields.
At the same time, the Organizing Committee also developed a plan to launch a contest to design the campaign's logo. In particular, =the contest logo must have a brief and concise explanation of no more than 300 words with the content expressing the unity, generality, and high specificity, clearly showing the attractiveness, uniqueness and impression of the campaign.
At the meeting, the members of the assisting team contributed ideas to the Organizing Committee after more than 2 months of launching. In particular, they suggested that the news agencies, press, branches and localities continue to further promote and diversify forms of propaganda to create a spreading effect for the campaign. attracting more participation inside and outside the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Mai Van Nhieu suggested that the members of the assisting team should promote their roles and responsibilities and actively help the Organizing Committee in implementing the campaign.
He also suggested that Provincial People's Council Committees should consider, classify and evaluate proposals to include in the working, monitoring program or transfer to the relevant authorities for consideration and settlement.

According to the Provincial People's Council, the campaign for voters to make a plan to build the homeland of Long An was first organized by the province on a large scale in order to expand democracy, mobilize wisdom, listen to the ideas and plans of different classes of people on innovative solutions, breakthroughs in socio-economic development, Party and government building.
In particular, ideas and solutions in the fields of economy, culture, society, Party and government building are on the basis of exploiting and maximizing the potential and advantages of Long An province in terms of natural resources, cultural and historical values, geographical location, people, towards the goal and theme: “A rich and strong Long An with happy people living in a safe and civilized society leading by a transparent and strong Government".
The proposals are articles, works, topics, and projects that are creative, breakthrough, feasible and effective. In addition, the proposals must never have participated in or won prizes in other competitions.
In each area, the Organizing Committee will award 1 first prize worth 30 million VND, 2 second prizes worth 20 million VND, 3 third prizes worth 10 million VND, and 5 consolation prize worth 5 million VND.
The first, second and third prizes will be accompanied by a certificate of merit from the Provincial People's Committee. In addition, depending on the quality and comprehensiveness of the proposal, the Jury will choose a special prize worth 50 million VND. The time to receive the proposals is until the end of November 30, 2023./.
