Vice Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long An Province - Pham Ngoc Tiep worked with the provincial People's Committee on implementing a safe education environment

Recently, the provincial People's Committee has issued many documents on directing departments and sectors as well as requested unions to coordinate with the education and training sector to implement and mobilize the whole political system to prevent and fight against violations in order to ensure a safe, healthy and friendly education environment.

In particular, the province has focused on investing in facilities, teaching and learning materials; building effective models of ethical education, life skills, cultural and historical traditions and green, clean, safe school models, etc.

However, since 2017, the province has recorded many cases of students causing disorder and fighting inside and outside the school, cases of teachers who have committed acts of violence and child abuse, and so on. Although the cases have been handled promptly but they leave a negative opinion in society about the education sector.
