The province organizes many dialogue conferences, meetings, and contacts with investors and enterprises to listen to their thoughts, aspirations, difficulties and problems in the operation process as well as opinions and solutions to build together, towards harmonious and sustainable development.

Local leaders also promptly remove difficulties for enterprises. Many recommendations are proactively coordinated by all levels related to the fields of land, construction, investment, and transportation such as construction planning, site clearance, adjustment of investment policies, development of high-tech agricultural projects, traffic infrastructure, etc. These are important issues, directly affecting the progress of project implementation and development opportunities for enterprises.

With the advantage of geographical location, convenient traffic connections and strong investment in infrastructure, Duc Hoa district is becoming one of the key economic, industrial and service centers of the province. The rapid development of industrial parks, clusters, urban areas, residential areas, etc. in the area contributes to creating a new, dynamic and modern appearance for the district.

Currently, there are nearly 6,200 enterprises operating in the district with a total registered capital of more than 200,000 billion VND (accounting for 51% of registered capital and 32% of the number of enterprises in the province). The district always exchanges, grasps information, coordinates with provincial departments and branches to review and remove obstacles in investment, production and business development of enterprises related to mechanisms and policies, especially land, investment procedures, etc.

Chairman of Duc Hoa District Business Association - Tran Duc Vinh said: During the operation, enterprises in the area always receive attention and active support from local leaders. Many opinions and recommendations are focused on solving and removing, helping enterprises feel secure and stabilize production and business in the locality. However, at present, the district hopes to continue to receive support from units to improve production and business.

Currently, according to some industrial park investors in the district, the time for state agencies to determine additional financial obligations is often prolonged, leading to the situation where investors cannot fulfill their financial obligations, affecting the implementation of procedures for granting land use right certificates to investors in the industrial park to carry out investment projects and build factories.

The land use right certificate is one of the important legal documents that serves as the basis for implementing procedures for investment and project construction in the industrial park. Therefore, the District Business Association continues to request the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct competent state agencies to speed up the progress and promptly complete the work of determining additional financial obligations when adjusting the land use structure due to adjusting the construction planning of industrial parks, creating conditions for investors to promptly fulfill their financial obligations and procedures for applying for land use right certificates for secondary investors in industrial parks; etc.

According to the Chairman of Duc Hoa District People's Committee - Le Thanh Phong, the district continues to listen and find solutions to promptly remove obstacles and clear bottlenecks that enterprises are facing in the process of production and business activities, creating conditions to help enterprises quickly overcome difficulties, aiming for the goal of long-term and sustainable development, creating a driving force to promote local socio-economic development.

In Ben Luc district, local leaders always create favorable conditions for enterprises in the process of operation. Many issues of companies and investors are specifically resolved by the district, and the results are reported to them.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, in 2024, the Provincial People's Committee organized a dialogue with businesses in the districts of Ben Luc, Thu Thua, Tan Tru and Tan An City, receiving 15 recommendations from the business community. All feedback was received, resolved and responded to by departments, branches and localities. Of which, 11 recommendations were completely resolved, the remaining 4 recommendations continued to be resolved.

In Ben Luc district alone, the two issues of financial obligations when adjusting detailed planning and problems in the resettlement of Vinh Loc Industrial Park Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company are still being monitored and resolved by the relevant agencies.

“We have organized many delegations to work with enterprises, focusing on reviewing and reforming administrative procedures to facilitate enterprises in the process of investing and doing business. In the future, the district will continue to coordinate, grasp and remove difficulties for enterprises to feel secure in production, aiming for the goal of stable and sustainable development. Currently, there are more than 2,500 enterprises operating in the district with a total registered capital of more than 100,000 billion VND” - Chairman of Ben Luc District People's Committee - Le Thanh Ut emphasized.

Continue to remove difficulties for enterprises

Long An has identified 2025 as the year to complete the targets of the Provincial Party Committee Resolution in 2025 and the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025. This is the year of accelerating development, carrying out many tasks, striving for an economic growth rate of 2 digits of 10-11%; state budget revenue strives of over 30,000 billion VND; implementing key traffic projects; promoting digital transformation, breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation; streamlining the apparatus to be efficient and effective; etc. Therefore, the province always pays attention to and creates the most favorable conditions for enterprises to develop production and business.

Localities in the province proactively cut administrative procedures to facilitate people and enterprises

The Provincial People's Committee directs departments, branches and localities to actively accompany and support enterprises, creating a transparent and favorable business environment. Along with that, leaders of departments, branches and localities also proactively deploy many solutions to support enterprises, promoting the overall economic growth of the province. Localities focus on reviewing and cutting administrative procedures, simplifying the process of handling documents to shorten time and reduce costs for enterprises.

At the same time, the application of information technology in investment procedure is also promoted, ensuring transparency, smoothness and efficiency, thereby creating an attractive business environment, attracting economic sectors. Dialogue conferences with enterprises are organized by the province, promptly listening and finding solutions to clear bottlenecks in the production and business process. This is not only a practical support solution but also aims at the long-term goal, helping enterprises stabilize and develop sustainably, because the success of enterprises is an important driving force to promote local socio-economic development.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut emphasized that, with the viewpoint of accompanying enterprises in the most practical way, the province always considers the difficulties of enterprises as of the province. He directs and requests departments, branches and localities to seriously absorb and promptly and effectively resolve opinions and recommendations from enterprises. For issues that have not been completely resolved, relevant units need to continue to review and closely coordinate with enterprises to find optimal solutions, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the implementation process.
