This is a large, complicated, and heavy task, so the province has carefully implemented each step, thoroughly considering the options, ensuring suitability to reality and high efficiency.

The process of restructuring the apparatus always pays attention to the regime and policies for the redundant cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers; the arrangement and assignment of cadres after the restructuring of the apparatus must ensure transparency, impartiality, and compliance with principles.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee - the agency assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to advise the restructuring of the apparatus has focused on synthesizing and reviewing each specific case.

At the same time, localities and units, according to their functions and authority, also review and evaluate the overall cadres before and after the restructuring to have specific plans, suitable for practice with the motto of streamlining the apparatus, ensuring unity, synchronization and determination.

At the same time, the Party Committee of the Bloc continues to inform, propagate, and mobilize civil servants, public employees, and workers to create unity in awareness and action in the process of innovation and reorganization of the apparatus to ensure streamlining, efficient, effective, and efficient operations.

In addition, the Committee proactively innovates in performing professional tasks, promotes major holidays and important events of the country and province, promotes innovation and rearrangement of the apparatus of the political system according to Resolution 18, etc.

The Provincial Party Committee continues to improve its functions, tasks, powers and consolidate the organization and political system of the province in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operations on the basis of rationally organizing agencies, units and organizations; fully promoting the position, role, functions, tasks and powers of agencies, units and organizations in the political system of the province to ensure democracy, professionalism, modernity, strength, openness, transparency, serving the people; strengthening the smooth management from the province to the grassroots, decentralizing and delegating powers reasonably, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
