In general, the number of daily cases has recently tended to decrease. In particular, from August 21 to 27 (8 days), although the province is promoting screening tests in the community, the average number of cases per day decreased to 442 cases, mainly arising in concentrated isolated areas, blockade areas; community cases account for only about 20 percent.

At the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee - Nguyen Thanh Hai said that the implementation of Directive 16/CT-TTg in localities has seen a clear change, people have improved their awareness and complied with social distancing regulations.

He suggested the Sub-committee of Human Resources to have a backup plan for human resources, a suitable replacement force for the staff of volunteer teachers when the new school year is coming soon; ensure the maintenance of human resources in the fight against the epidemic. Volunteers and forces taking the lead in epidemic prevention and control should be considered to develop the Party appropriately and in accordance with regulations for timely encouragement and motivation.

Provincial, district and commune Steering Committees need to have hotlines to support people from epidemic treatment to support policies. In addition, districts need to focus on synthesizing and reviewing demand to support milk for the elderly and children.

In order to achieve the goal of controlling the epidemic before September 1, the province continues to focus on implementing three "frontal attacks" of community screening, strictly implementing Directive 16/CT-TTg and vaccination more drastically and quickly.
