Long An issues over 14,000 land use right certificates to resettled people
Long An Department of Natural Resources and Environment informed that the province has granted 14,262 land use right certificates to resettled people up to now.
Long Hau residential - resettlement area (in Can Giuoc district) is one of the areas that have completed the plot distribution and grant of land use right certificates to resettled people.
Until early July 2019, the whole province arranged 18,657 resettlement plots, allocated 17,082 plots to the people (accounting for 91.6% of the number of resettlement plots), granted 15,985 land use right certificates to investors (accounting for 93.6% compared to the number of plots allocated to the people) and granted 14,262 land use right certificates to resettlement people (accounting for 83.5% of the total number of allocated land plots to the people). Particularly, people build houses on 4,180 plots.
Recently, the work of arranging the plots and granting land use right certificates to resettlement people has had many positive changes. Department of Natural Resources and Environment continues to monitor, check and urge to strictly implement this issue to soon stabilize the lives of people whose land is collected to implement the project./.
