The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Pham Van Ranh; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc; Head of Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Thanh Hai; Secretary of Ben Luc district Party Committee - Tran Hoang Nhan; Chairman of Ben Luc district People's Committee - Tran Van Tuoi attended the congress.

For the visiting guests, there were representatives of the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Propaganda Committee, visiting guests from the localities in the province. The Congress had 101 official delegates convened to represent 252 party members participating in meeting in 14 Party Cells.

After nearly 2 working days, the congress completed all important content and programs. The Congress elected the Eighth Committee of the Communist Party Committee of 13 members and directly elected the Secretary of the Party Committee. As a result, Mr. Le Van Loc continued to be trusted and elected as the Secretary of the Party Committee.

At the first meeting, the Party Executive Committee elected the Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Inspection Committee. The Congress also elected 13 official delegates to the Delegation to attend the XIIth Ben Luc district Party Congress, tenure 2020 - 2025.

In accordance with the overall objective of the term 2020-2025, the Party Committee of Thanh Phu Commune continues to strengthen the construction of a clean, strong and strong political system closely linked to the people, be capable of leading to develop economy - society in the direction of commerce - service - urban population - agriculture. Accordingly, the Congress agreed on many targets on economic, cultural and social development and Party building as follows: Annual budget revenues exceeded the targets assigned by superiors; establishing 1 mushroom cooperative applying high-tech; maintaining the universalization of education at all educational levels to reach level 3; 100 percent of schools reach the national standards; upholding the national set of criteria for commune health; 95 percent or more of people participate in health insurance; maintain the rate of households using 100 percent hygienic water; 100 percent of households have registered to collect rubbish; developing 30 party members; every year, party members who have successfully completed the service reach 95 percent or higher; every year the Party Cell successfully accomplishes the task of reaching 90 percent or more; every year the Party Committee successfully fulfills its missions and upwards; striving to implement Secretary of Party cell cum Chief of hamlet reaches 100 percent, etc.

The key work is to upgrade the concrete of hamlet 3 with a length of 1,300 meters, estimated cost of 2.2 billion VND. All of these indicators are discussed and presented by the participants.
