Online Black Friday 2018 to offer 100 percent discount
Vietnam E-Commerce and Digital Economy Agency (IDEA) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade yesterday announced that Online Black Friday 2018 will take place on December 7, providing 100 percent discount on goods and services value.

This year, the program’s organization board will focus on goods origin and e-commerce experiences for consumers. Businesses registering to attend the event will have to present certificates of origins for their products.
