Preserving heritage
In recent years, cultural and artistic activities have become increasingly diverse, orienting people's thoughts and aesthetics, serving their cultural enjoyment needs. In addition, the work of preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritages has been carried out with attention, associated with promoting the image of Tay Ninh land and people through tourism promotion activities, initially attracting domestic, foreign and international tourists.

Every day, Ngoc Uyen rice paper facility of Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hien produces about 500kg of various types of rice paper
Born and raised in Gia Loc ward (formerly Trang Bang town), Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hien is very familiar with her family's rice paper making profession. Growing up, finishing university, she returned to her hometown and always wondered how to bring Trang Bang rice paper to many diners, helping to ease the hardships of rice paper makers in her hometown. She found the answer in her own business. Her Ngoc Uyen rice paper factory currently produces about 500kg of various types of rice paper, creating permanent and seasonal jobs for about 20 local workers. “The seasonal workers at my factory are mostly older uncles and aunts who stay at home to look after their grandchildren, then come here at the end of the day to remove the rice paper, weigh the rice paper, etc. In recent years, the Trang Bang Rice Paper Culture and Tourism Festival has been organized to help many people know about the product. Thanks to participating in the festival, I have found more customers and opportunities to promote our hometown's specialties" - Ms. Hien shared.

The Don Ca Tai Tu Club under the Provincial Tourism Association operates at Tan Lap Floating Village Tourist Area
With the efforts and desire to preserve the good traditional values of the homeland, Tay Ninh constantly strives to promote and bring culture to tourists near and far. Established not long ago, the Don Ca Tai Tu Club under the Provincial Tourism Association has initially received attention. The club was established with the desire to create a useful playground, thereby preserving and promoting the value of this traditional art form. The head of the club, Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh, shared that the club maintains activities once a month and is ready to accept invitations from tourist areas and spots to perform at tourism events to bring this art form closer to everyone. Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts, Nguyen Thi Cam Chau, said that Don Ca Tai Tu is a tourism product that is "popular" with international tourists. Therefore, developing Don Ca Tai Tu associated with tourism is an effective direction, both creating motivation for artisans and amateurs, promoting traditional art forms and attracting tourists to Tay Ninh.
Information providers
In addition to preserving and promoting good traditional cultural values, propaganda work and improving the rate of people accessing and enjoying information is also an important highlight in the journey of building a cultural life in localities. As a border commune, Binh Thanh has completed the use of a broadcasting system applying information and telecommunications technology. With 39 loudspeaker clusters, the commune's propaganda information is covered, ensuring that people can access information in a timely manner. Bui Thanh Truyen, a civil servant of Culture and Society of Binh Thanh commune, said: “With the broadcasting system applying information and telecommunications technology, broadcasting domestic and provincial news is more convenient. The system is pre-programmed, saving time and effort. In addition, the commune also has community digital technology teams, ensuring that information reaches people promptly and fully.”

In Tan An Ward, in order to facilitate the application of digital technology in life, the ward has deployed the installation of free wifi at the headquarters of the neighborhood cultural houses. According to the Head of the Department of Culture and Society of Tan An Ward, Nguyen Hoang Phi, the ward has 18 neighborhoods, of which 12 neighborhoods have their own cultural houses, all of which have been installed with free wifi, and other neighborhoods are in the process of being surveyed. This is one of the ward's efforts to support people in accessing information, promoting digital transformation and improving the efficiency of community service.
People changing their mindsets
From accessing information quickly and effectively, people gradually change their thinking, apply science and technology to life, and gradually develop their family economy. In localities, in addition to supporting people in accessing loans, training courses and science and technology transfer are regularly and widely organized and are showing positive results. With 1 hectare of lime trees bearing fruit, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Then (Hamlet 61, Binh Thanh Commune) has a stable life. She said that before, her family had no land for production, so life was very difficult. Thanks to hard work and access to loans, she was able to buy 1 hectare of land. When lime became a popular crop in Binh Thanh, she also switched to them, and since then, the family economy has become increasingly stable. “Since growing limes, I have participated in many training courses, transferred science and technology, and also accessed loans to invest in production. Currently, my lime garden has gradually applied high technology such as drip irrigation, keeping a farming diary, using fertilizers and pesticides according to regulations, isolating on the right day, etc. Thanks to that, the trees always have high productivity, beautiful fruit, and provide a very stable income.” - Ms. Then shared.

Farmers applying high technology in production is no longer a strange thing in the current period. With the strong development of social life, farmers have the opportunity to access a lot of new knowledge and information in many forms, gradually changing their thinking, producing in a safe and sustainable direction, thereby developing the family economy.
Coming to Binh An 2 neighborhood, Tan An ward, asking about Mr. Truong Van Phich, almost everyone knows, because he is one of the typical households in agricultural production applying high technology, producing in a clean direction. His 2,000 m² greenhouse vegetable garden has been maintained for 6 years, specializing in providing products to businesses in Ho Chi Minh City at stable prices. In addition, his organic dragon fruit garden always gives high yields, helping his family have a comfortable life.

Mr. Truong Van Phich contributed 50 million VND and participated in mobilizing people to contribute to the State to pave concrete, install cameras, lighting and flag lines in alley 242, Binh An 2 neighborhood, Tan An ward
Not only a pioneer in developing the family economy, Mr. Phich is also a typical individual in contributing to and building his hometown. In addition to donating 1,000 m² of land to build the headquarters of the Military Command of Ward 7 (old), he also contributed 50 million VND and participated in mobilizing people to contribute to pave concrete, install cameras, lighting and flag lines for alley 242. According to Mr. Phich, when he pioneered in contributing funds, many other households followed, the level of contribution depending on the economic conditions of the family to reduce the burden on difficult households. He said: “When I built this road, I saw clearly the village and neighborhood sentiment. Those who are well-off contribute a lot, those who are still in difficulty contribute a little, everyone joins hands to have a beautiful road”. Deputy Head of Binh An 2 Ward, Tran Thanh Tung, said that not only the people in alley 242 but most of the people in the ward are in very strong agreement and wholeheartedly support the local policies. “Every time there is a project to open roads and concrete the alleys, the people all agree. The mobilization is certainly a bit difficult but is resolved quite quickly” - Mr. Tung shared. It shows that, in modern society, the good values of the community are still preserved, through very close and practical actions.
It can be seen that the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage values associated with innovation in propaganda methods, expanding access to information and improving economic life have created a unified whole in building cultural life in Tay Ninh. This is also a clear demonstration of the building and development of Vietnamese culture and people in the province in the spirit of Resolution No. 33 on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development./.
