Central Commission for Mass Mobilization surveys in Long An

On November 1, the Central Commission for Mass Mobilization's delegation led by Member of Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of Central Commission for Mass Mobilization - Pham Tat Thang came to survey key national-level topics "The people are the root", "The people are the center", promote the strength of people and great national unity in the new situation in Long An.

Receiving the delegation were Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc; Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Mai Van Nhieu and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Huynh Van Son.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee has always paid attention to leading and directing concretization of the lessons "The people are the root", "The people are the center" and the promotion of people's strength and great national unity in the process of leadership and administration.

In promoting the tradition of "Courageous, resilient, all the people fighting the enemy" along with existing potentials, advantages, flexible application of the lessons "The people are the root", "The people are the center", and the issue of promoting the strength of the people, great national unity in the new situation, the Party Committee, government and people of Long An are united and determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress set for each period, achieving many important and comprehensive achievements in many fields.

In particular, through the first half of implementing the Resolution of 11th Provincial Party Congress, Long An has achieved a number of outstanding achievements, becoming a bright spot in Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control,  and the economic recovery and development after the pandemic, being the 10th locality in the country and the first in the southern region to have the Prime Minister approve the Provincial Master Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.

At the survey, delegates exchanged many ideas to deepen the results in implementing the lessons "The people are the root", "The people are the center" and the issue the promotion of people's strength and great national unity in the new situation in Long An. In particular, it is the power of the people to contribute to the construction of civil works and new rural areas; building the great national unity; etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc thanked the delegation for choosing Long An as one of four localities (Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Thuan, Long An) to survey and elaborate this important topic. He also assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to coordinate with localities and relevant sectors to fully prepare the required content to serve the research of the topic.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of Central Mass Mobilization Commission - Pham Tat Thang recognized the results Long An in applying the lessons "The people are the root" and "The people are the center". The survey team will collect information and opinions at the meeting and hope to continue to receive the attention of leaders of provinces, departments, branches and localities in the area to the Project.

During 3 days (November 1 - 3), the delegation will conduct surveys in localities in the province./.
