The center is equipped with disinfectant hand sanitizer and free medical face masks to serve customers at reception, meeting halls, meeting rooms and banquet rooms. All officials and employees wear face masks during the working time. The Center actively coordinates with functional agencies to provide information, propagate and equips instruction boards in many places for disease prevention. At the same time, we organize disinfection on campus, regularly disinfect door handles, stair handrails, balustrades, elevator buttons, shared phones, computer keyboards, etc. Waste is also collected and carried out daily.
At the Guest House of General Labour Federation (in ward 3, Tan An city), the prevention and control of Covid-19 disease is also given special attention. The Guest House performs regular disinfection with regular detergents; increases natural ventilation in rooms, sale booths; ensure food safety; etc. At the same time, it proactively applies disease prevention and control measures as recommended by the health sector to help customers feel more secure when they come here.
The province has not recorded cases of Covid-19 infection. However, restaurants and hotels in the province are always proactive, constantly update and disseminate accurate information about the disease situation, coordinate with functional agencies to organize instructions on prevention and individual hygiene to all officials and employees. In addition, travel companies need to coordinate tourism sites, historical and cultural relics, and so on in coordinating passengers appropriately, avoiding focusing on one customer; checking information on prevention and control of epidemics in localities; grasping tour guides' activities at least 14 days before the tour; work with partners at home and abroad to reduce damage to visitors; etc.
For tourguides, in addition to accurate information for travelers about the disease situation, they must also guide guests on prevention and control measures such as wearing face masks, washing hands properly. In addition, the guides must be absolutely honest in announcing their schedule in the 14 days before the tour date for the tour organizer; the restaurants make sure to serve visitors cooked food.
Accommodation throughout the country must ensure sterilization upon check-out; check in to detect suspected or infectious cases when guests are staying, then immediately notify the local authorities. Accommodation establishments need to supervise the health of officials and employees. At the same time, it coordinates travel agencies to ensure safety for guests, plan to recover the market after the outbreak.
Transport companies and tourism services must ensure the hygiene and disinfection of vehicles; ensure the strict implementation of measures to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemic./.
