Ha Long Carnival opens in Quang Ninh
The Ha Long Carnival, a highlight of the Ha Long – Quang Ninh tourism week 2019, opened in Bai Chay and Hon Gai tourism area in the northern province of Quang Ninh on April 28.

A street parade in combination with music performances began at 16:30 at Ha Long park, Bai Chay ward, with the participation of over 400 professional and amateur artists, including 34 from other countries.
Earlier in the day, a similar parade was held in FLC Ha Long resort complex with over 100 domestic and foreign artists.
Notably, a music show themed “From Wonders to Wonders” is slated to begin at 19:30 and will be live broadcast on Vietnam Television channel.
Concluding the event will be an artistic low-range fireworks show at the resort complex.
The Ha Long – Quang Ninh tourism week 2019 featured nine cultural, sports and tourism activities in Ha Long and Mong Cai cities, Van Don and Co To districts and 11 response activities in other areas from April 25 – May 25./.
