42 residential and resettlement area projects that have completed waste water treatment stations

At the recent meeting with the provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the provincial People's Council questioned and proposed to report clearly these issues as follows: How many residential and resettlement area projects strictly comply with the provisions of point b, Article 41 of Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014 by the Government? How many residential and resettlement area projects have completed the construction of water treatment systems, equipment installation and proper operation of regulations? For projects that do not comply with the provisions of the Investment Law, what are the solutions to be handled by the provincial People's Committee in the future?

According to the explanation of the provincial People's Committee, there are now 243 residential and resettlement area projects with an area of over 6,900 hectares that have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee on investment policy decision and the provincial People's Committee has agreed for the survey, planning 59 projects, with an area of nearly 41,000 hectares, spread over localities such as Duc Hoa, Can Giuoc, Ben Luc, Can Duoc, Thu Thua, Kien Tuong town and Tan An city. 

As for the implementation of the wastewater treatment stations, there have been 243 projects so far, 42 have been completed, 45 are in progress and 162 have not been implemented.

For cases which the investors intentionally deploy slowly or not enthusiastically to fully solve difficulties and problems, they will consider not approving investment policies for new projects and expansion projects./.
