The delegation practically surveyed the environmental protection works, worked with the People's Committee of Duc Hoa district, infrastructure investor, some secondary investors in Duc Hoa 1 - Hanh Phuc Industrial Park, Xuyen A Industrial Park, Duc Hoa III - Anh Hong Industrial Park and Hoang Gia Industrial Cluster.

Over two years of implementation, the Resolution No. 26/NQ-HDND dated July 12, 2018 of the Provincial People's Council on the results of monitoring and strengthening the state management for environmental protection in industrial parks and clusters in the province, the environmental protection work in Xuyen A Industrial Park and Duc Hoa III - Anh Hong Industrial Park have had positive changes.

Accordingly, the majority of secondary enterprises operating in Xuyen A Industrial Park and Duc Hoa III - Anh Hong Industrial Park have built a manhole to connect wastewater outside the enterprise's fence before putting it into the wastewater collection pipeline of infrastructure investment enterprises; also carry out environmental impact assessment reports, and to carry out quarterly environmental monitoring programs.

However, in Duc Hoa 1 - Hanh Phuc Industrial Park and Hoang Gia Industrial Cluster, the implementation of legal policies on environmental protection is not really serious, especially at Hoang Gia Industrial Cluster. Through the survey, the delegation said that the environmental protection at the Hoang Gia Industrial Cluster was almost "nothing", not yet overcome the existing environmental content. Up to now, the investor has not completed the complete infrastructure construction in the industrial cluster.

In Duc Hoa 1 - Hanh Phuc Industrial Park, enterprises have not provided environmental documents, making it difficult for infrastructure investors to control the implementation of regulations. Some businesses do not comply with environmental records or commitments, only build wastewater treatment systems to have, not operate. In addition, some enterprises deliberately discharge waste into the environment.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Thanh Cang highly appreciated the efforts and efforts to improve the environment of infrastructure investors in Xuyen A Industrial Park and Duc Hoa III - Anh Hong Industrial Park. He suggested that these enterprises continue to maintain and promote the achieved results, continue to coordinate closely with functional sectors and localities, propose difficulties and problems for timely support, contribute to good implementation of environmental protection.

In addition, he requested that the investors of infrastructure of industrial zones and clusters continue to propagate, mobilize and urge secondary enterprises to build manholes outside the enterprise's fence, facilitating  to check on the environment. At the same time, they operate the wastewater and waste treatment system in accordance with the law, not affecting the surrounding environment, well implementing the provincial policy of economic development must go hand in hand with sustainable environmental protection./.
