Long An Jute Co., Ltd. is located in Hai Hung hamlet, Nhon Hoa commune. This is an enterprise specializing in manufacturing and supplying jute products for handicraft industry.

Using local industrial promotion fund in 2020, the Industrial Promotion Center in coordination with Long An Jute Company will formulate a scheme to support the application of wire-winding machines to serve fiber production. The project has a total cost of 365 million VND, Long An Jute Company is supported with 148 million VND, the rest is reciprocal capital from the company.

According to the Company Director - Nguyen Thi Son, using the new wire winding machine will produce about 10 meters of wire per hour per worker, increasing the productivity to 12 percent compared to the old generation machine. Besides, the machine also helps jute equally, jute rolls into large excellent products. The support from industrial promotion program helps the company reduce investment costs in changing production technology.

Deputy Director of Department of Industry and Trade - Duong Van Hoang Hoanh said that the industrial promotion program in the province has been increasingly spreading. Most projects are designed to support rural businesses and facilities to change production technology towards modernization. For Long An Jute Company, this support is quite appropriate, creating favorable conditions for the company to increase production, improve product quality and in line with the trend of using environmentally friendly materials./.
