Long An province’s tax department held a dialogue with local enterprises

At the dialogue, the department instructed enterprises major issues relating to corporate and personal income tax finalization in 2018, some new tax policies and electronic invoices sofware. 

According to the Deputy Chief of the Tax Department of the province - Tran Van Lam, the regulations on checking tax settlement change to create favorable conditions for enterprises. Tax authorities only inspect when enterprises apply incorrect tax policies and tax calculation.

In 2018, the tax sector inspected 1,397 enterprises, an increased of VND 107 billion for the budget revenue and positively affected on 3 aspects: Increasing budget revenue, creating fairness in business activities, and complying with the law.

Besides, the department answered questions from enterprises, especially the tax finalization of 2018./.
