Many major corporations and enterprises invest in Long An

According to Long An Provincial People's Committee, thanks to the support of the central and local authorities, up to now, many major investors are making investment procedures in Long An province.

Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway connects Provincial Road 830 and Long An International Port

To be more specific, Becamex Corporation (IDC-VSIP) in Binh Duong province is planning to build an industrial - urban - commercial area and service with an area of 3,045 hectares in Ben Luc district. The investment registration certificate will be expected to be issued at the end of October 2019.

VinGroup is planning to build about 4,000 hectares in Binh Duc commune and Thanh Hoa commune, Ben Luc district and 2 projects with an area of about 1,100 hectares in Hau Nghia town and Tan My commune, Duc Hoa district.

Eco Land Group (Ecopark Hung Yen) is planning to build 6,000 hectares in Thanh Loi commune and 1,000 hectares in Luong Hoa commune, Ben Luc district.

BRG Group Joint Stock Company has surveyed and proposed to invest 5 projects: 18-hole golf course, extra zone and 80-hectare high-class hotel, 58-hectare entertainment – commercial – urban - tourism zone, 100 hectares of bananas grown by foreign technology for export and 100 hectares of high-yielding rice and export rice processing factory. In addition, the group plans to invest in a 50-hectare solar power project.

Hoang Cau Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) sets up an investment project with an area of 831 hectares in Can Giuoc district, in which, the investment policy of the urban - commercial and resettlement project with an area of about 700 hectares was approved by the Provincial People's Committee; a high-tech agricultural project with an area of about 100 hectares is being implemented the investment procedures.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee has issued documents to recognize other major investment projects because there is no suitable land use planning.

The project of Long An International Port with an area of 147 hectares has been allocated land. The investor plans 7 wharves with a capacity of 15 million tons of goods per year, of which 2 wharves are built and put into operation, the third one is being built./.
