According to Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Nguyen Tan Quoc, the contents of each activity are implemented according to the schedule. The designs of posters, banners, flyers, etc. have all been completed and submitted for approval. The province has sent invitations to events such as Don ca tai tu (Southern amateur music), ethnic art forms, etc. so that units and localities have the best time to prepare. With the work of ensuring security and order, reception, ceremony, logistics, health care, the sub-committees will continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee for specific direction and implementation.

Activities lasting for many days such as Miss Vam River contest, street food festivals, traditional crafts combining OCOP product fairs, folk games and rural childhood, etc. will be given special attention. The detailed plan of each activity, the number of visitors, the logistics, etc. will all be closely checked before the official launched.

At the street food festival, traditional craft combined with the OCOP product exhibition, in addition to choosing the dishes and participating units, the organizers also require stalls to have menus that publicize the price list with an average price of 30,000 to 50,000 VND/dish (for lobster, 1 serving will cost 350,000 VND). In addition, the cultural program that serves throughout the festival is also strictly controlled in terms of content. In the space of folk games and rural childhood, the number of visitors each day will be expected to prepare and receive thoughtfully.

Promote the role of members of the organizing committee

According to Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Tran Hai Phu, the Provincial Youth Union was assigned to coordinate with the People's Committee of Ben Luc District and Happyland to organize a space for folk games and rural childhood. Up to now, the organization work has basically been completed. Happyland has prepared facilities, scheduled games.

Up to now, the Provincial Youth Union has mobilized about 70 volunteers to support some activities during the Cultural and Tourism Week such as game booths on September 17 and 18.

Mr. Phu said: “The Provincial Youth Union has established an organizing committee; assigned tasks to members; agreed with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Ben Luc District on the content of activities and service plans, etc. In addition, we also actively coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to notify to Department of Education and Training of Ben Luc, Thu Thua, Tan Tru districts and Tan An city to mobilize about 7,000 students to participate in activities. For the organization to be thoughtful and safe, volunteers have been also summoned. To date, a specific list of volunteers has been assembled.”
