At the same time, it is necessary to proactively arrange checkpoints to strictly control from the beginning, not to let the risk of epidemics occur, but there must be flexibility and appropriateness, creating conditions for people to produce and consume agricultural products, provide essential goods. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda so that people understand and strictly implement Directive 16/CT-TTg to prevent the situation of "tight outside, loose inside". In addition, it is necessary to strictly control at border areas, prevent illegal entry and exit, and prevent the epidemic from entering inside the country, etc./.
