Former President - Truong Tan Sang mobilized Hung Phat Company Limited (Lam Dong province) to support nearly VND 800 million to buy cows for the poor households of each commune; Thuan Binh Border Guard Station was also given 2 cows.
This is the second time the poor households in the border communes of Thanh Hoa district have been given cows. There are nearly 320 cows worth over VND 4.3 billion given to people in 2 times. Thanh Hoa District People's Committee has also organized many training courses on cow raising methods for people./.
