Key and breakthrough transport projects to be implemented in period 2020-2025 with nearly 30,000 billion VND
It is estimated that the total capital need to implement key and breakthrough traffic projects in the period 2020-2025 is about 29,928 billion VND.
On December 27, Deputy Director of the Long An Department of Transport - Nguyen Hoai Trung said that the total capital needs to implement key and breakthrough traffic projects in the period 2020-2025 is estimated about 29,928 billion VND.
In which, the capital structure of 61.2 percent from the State budget is equivalent to 18,308 billion VND and 38.8 percent mobilized capital from economic sectors equivalent to 11,620 billion VND.
In the period 2020-2025, the transport industry is estimated to need nearly 30,000 billion VND to implement 3 key projects and 8 breakthrough projects
This capital source is focused on implementing 8 traffic projects under the breakthrough program to mobilize all resources to build a synchronous transport infrastructure system serving the development of industry and urban areas in key economic regions of the Resolution. The XIth Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025 and 3 key projects of the Congress, including the completion of Tan An City Ring Road; Provincial Road 830E, section from expressway intersection to Provincial road 830 and Provincial Road 827E, section from HCMC to Vam Co Dong river.
Accordingly, 8 works in the traffic breakthrough program in the period 2020-2025 include Luong Hoa - Binh Chanh Road, with the urban road scale of 6.2 kilometers in length and 60 meters in widtth; Huu Thanh - Tan Buu Road with a length of 12.8 kilometers, urban road size of 6 vehicle lanes and 4 mixed lanes, roadbed 102 meters wide; Provincial Road 826E, with 1.6 kilometers long for 6-lane urban road, 40 meters wide; Road connecting the Rach Doi bridge to Provincial road 826E with a length of about 2 kilometers and the scale of 40 meters in width; Duc Hoa dynamic axis, approximately 22 kilometers in length, size of 4-lane urban road and the roadbed of 33 meters wide; Upgrading and expanding Provincial Road 824, approximately 2.2 kilometers in length, 25 meters wide road base scale, expanding parallel road 5 meters x 2 sides, road surface 15 meters wide, 4 lanes; Tan Tap - Long Hau Road, 4.6 in kilometers length with the scale of plain grade 3 road and finally the intersection of Hung Vuong Street and National Highway 62, Tan An Citys.
Key works of Provincial Road 830 creates a big breakthrough in traffic for Long An province
According to Deputy Director of the Department of Transport - Nguyen Hoai Trung, the province continues to implement a breakthrough program to mobilize all resources to build a synchronous transport infrastructure system for industrial and urban development in key economic regions in the period 2020-2025, a synchronous, modern and highly connected transport system will be formed between key economic districts and Long An international port and Ho Chi Minh City, it creates a driving force for the province in attracting investment and developing society-economy.
Previously, Long An province implemented the breakthrough program on traffic and key projects for the term 2015-2020, implemented 3 key projects and 14 projects under the traffic breakthrough program.
Out of 14 projects in the breakthrough program with a total investment of nearly 5,900 billion VND, currently, 9 projects have been completed, put into use and brought their effects; 2 works to be completed and 3 works to be completed after 2020./.
