Thien Ho Duong High School is built in Quarter 5, Ward 2, Kien Tuong Town with 2 main items, total cost of over 130 billion VND. In particular, leveling items area of 3.3ha, ground clearance funding of 40.9 billion VND by the local budget implementation. The second item is to build the school, works, equipment with the amount of 90 billion VND. The source of funding was sponsored by Former State President - Truong Tan Sang, who mobilized Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation.

Once completed, the school will receive about 700 high school students in the town and neighboring districts. The school is expected to open in the school year 2020-2021. This is the first high quality school in the area, with all classrooms, practice rooms, working rooms, auxiliary areas according to national standards.
Former State President of the State - Truong Tan Sang emphasized, the school will help teaching and learning in the area better, contributing to training high human resources in the new period. In addition, the former State President desired that Kien Tuong town should pay more attention to the education and training of future kindergartens of the country as well as students to strive to study well, deserve the expectations of parents, teachers and society.
