The event was attended by members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Doan Trung Kien; Deputy Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City Christopher David Scholl; representatives of businesses, teachers, and 2,000 students from across the province.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee Doan Trung Kien praised and expressed appreciation for the support from the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. He stressed that the “German Career Bus” programme holds special significance, enabling Tay Ninh’s education sector to access the German dual vocational training model – a global benchmark in vocational education.
The occasion also offers students in the province a chance to learn about the German labour market, broadening opportunities for study, employment, and career development in the context of international integration. With this special significance, Tay Ninh pledges to facilitate and accompany cooperation activities between the two Governments, while ensuring the effective implementation of projects at Long An College.

Deputy Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City, Christopher David Scholl, expressed his delight at the programme’s launch in Tay Ninh, reaffirming the motto “accompanying your dreams.”
He noted that the project was made possible with support from the German Embassy, German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), the Goethe-Institut, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam, and German enterprises, aiming to help Vietnamese youth with career orientation and the pursuit of their aspirations.

At the programme, students also had the chance to explore an open space with interactive activities such as robotics, green environment models, and digital transformation booths. These experiences offered them new knowledge and broadened their perspectives on future career paths.
Ho Bao Ngan, a Tran Van Giau High School for the Gifted student, shared: “This marks 50 years of Vietnam–Germany cooperation, and I feel very proud. This morning I took part in the robotics and exhibition booths, which I found very useful, offering social knowledge and helping us shape our future career paths.”
