Course-training participants are chairmen, Vice chairmen and document officials of People's Committees of communes and wards; Heads, deputy heads and clerks of some agencies and units in the town.

At the training course, the trainees were instructed by the staff of the Center for Information Technology under Long An Department of Information and Communication to install the software: Digital signing software on management and text management software (ICT Long An); eToken device driver; digitally signed plugins for browsers on users' computers; system configuration; configure network connection via proxy server, configure authentication service, configure PDF signature form; and so on.

The training course aims to improve the application of electronic authentication and deployment of digital signatures for use in the electronic documents of state agencies, contributing to improving the efficiency of administrative work and ensuring the information safety in the network environment./.
