Long An kicks off Youth Month 2023

Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Tran Hai Phu said that with the theme "Youth pioneering digital transformation", the Youth Month 2023 is deployed by Provincial Youth Union, implementing many contents: Organizing propaganda activities, education associated with learning and mastering the Resolutions of the Union Congress at all levels; celebrating the 92nd anniversary of the founding of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931-March 26, 2023); volunteering activities to participate in new rural construction, environmental protection, response to climate change; building a civilized urban area, ensuring traffic safety; volunteering activities for community life; defending the Fatherland; accompanying the youth; taking care and supporting youth and children.

In addition, the Youth Union at all levels will organize many activities to promote the spirit of initiative and creativity of the youth, especially digital transformation activities and career counseling, job introduction, and support activities to support young people to start their own businesses and get rich righteously.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union received and presented 5,000 national flags to carry out the National Flag Road project worth 250 million VND; donated 5 "Red Scarf Houses" to support students in difficult circumstances in Duc Hue, Vinh Hung, Thu Thua, Can Giuoc, Thanh Hoa districts, each worths 60 million VND; supported 2 "Friendship houses" for union members and young people with difficult circumstances in Can Duoc district and Tan An city, each worths 50 million VND; supported 1 "Border light" project in Vinh Hung district worths 40 million VND; supported Tan Hung district to implement a rural traffic bridge project worth 1 billion VND.

Total resources for organizing activities in the Youth Month are over 3 billion VND.
