Group 1 led by Chairman of Labor Confederation of Long An province - Nguyen Van Qui visited workers at inns in Ben Luc district. Chairman of Ben Luc District People's Committee - Tran Van Tuoi and the Union officials of Ben Luc district accompanied the Union of Labor Confederation of Long An province. At the inns, the delegation kindly visited, wished the New Year and gave gifts to help workers away from home to welcome the warm New Year.
On the same day, two other working delegations led by 2 Vice Chairwomen of the Labor Confederation of Long An province, including Ms. Pham Thi Quyen and Ms. Le Thi Thu Cuc, visited, wished Tet and gave gifts to the inn workers staying away from their hometown in Tan An city, Thu Thua district, Can Giuoc district and Can Duoc district with similar gifts.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Confederation - Le Thi Thu Cuc said that, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, this year the number of workers far from home to stay for Tet in inns in Long An province is higher than those over the years, up to thousands. Therefore, the Trade Union of Long An province have a cozy Tet via many forms of caring for workers away from hometown. Local authorities and inn-owners also take care and organize for workers to celebrate Tet.
This gift-giving occasion will give to workers who do not return home in the inns in such districts as Can Duoc, Can Giuoc, Thu Thua, Ben Luc, Duc Hoa and Tan An City. The total number of gifts given to workers who do not come home to welcome this Tet holiday is 337 gifts (each includes 500,000 VND in cash and 1 box of instant noodles)./.
