Secretary of Can Duoc District Party Committee - Nguyen Van Dat reported to the delegation on the results of leadership of planning, planning management and land management in the district: “In the past time, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has focused on leading to direct the propagation and dissemination of the Land Law and related legal documents, leading the planning of land use, submitting to the Provincial People's Committee for approval as a basis for carrying out the conversion of land use purposes, allocate land, lease land, issue certificates of land use rights according to regulations, organize the publicization of land use plans on the district web portal, post them at the headquarters of the People's Committees of communes and townlets.

The annual land use plan is supplemented, consulted with planning, land use, compensation, site clearance, land allocation, land lease, and change of land use purpose in the 2016-2020 period. The annual land use planning and planning must be consistent with the land use norms approved by the Provincial People's Committee and meet the requirements of socio-economic development of the locality.

The members of the inspection team had many opinions to clarify the difficulties and advantages in the process of implementing the Land Law, land use planning, land lease, etc.
