Long An: More than 99 percent of individuals and organizations satisfied with public administration activities in first 6 months of 2020

The conference approves the report on the results of implementing the tasks in the first 6 months of 2020

In the first 6 months of 2020, the provincial PAS Center received a total of 49,649 dossiers of 20 departments (including 3,321 dossiers from previous periods). 9,943dossiers were received via public postal services, 2,690 dossiers were received on the online public service portal. More than 45,900 dossiers have been resolved, of which 70 percent of dossiers was solved before deadline, 29 percent of them on time and 0.99 percent of them was solved late with satisfaction level of over 99.89 percent.

For district-level PAS centers, the total number of dossiers receiving and returning the results of the settlement of administrative procedures is nearly 199,928 dossiers, of which 168,699 dossiers have been resolved, the dossiers were solved before the deadline and on time reached 99.4 percent with 99.72 percent of satisfaction level. Many localities do not have late dossiers (such as Kien Tuong, Vinh Hung) or very low rate of late dossiers (such as Tan Tru 0.02 percent, Moc Hoa 0.19 percent, Tan An 0.14 percent, Duc Hoa 0.21 percent, Can Giuoc 0.37 percent).

To complete the tasks in 2020, the Center focuses on implementing key tasks according to Decision No. 1115 dated April 6, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the Regulation on coordinating to solve administrative under the one-stop procedures, one door shop; coordinating with the Center for Information Technology and Communication to properly operate the Electronic One-stop Information System for receiving, transferring, solving and returning the result of administrative procedures; step up solutions to encourage people and organize the implementation of online public services at levels 3 and 4; organizing a delegation to inspect, supervise and support activities of the district-level PAS center to promptly remove difficulties and arising problems; regularly update information on the website of the province, the Center Portal; etc.

At the conference, the Office Chief of the Delegation of Provincial National Assembly, People's Council and People's Committee, Director of the Provincial PAS Center - Nguyen Thanh Vung said that the Provincial Center for PAS and District-level PAS Centers was highly appreciated for solving dossiers attentively, promptly removing difficulties for businesses and serving the people well through public opinions and those of departments, branches. In the coming time, the provincial and districtlevel centers will further promote propaganda so that people can promptly grasp information on public administrative activities, creating a friendly environment of government to serve the people./.
