In the first 6 months of the year, Long An Public Administration Service Center received 44,855 documents of 19 departments and branches, including 2,381 documents solved behind schedule and 42,474 new documents.
To be more specific, 8,195 records were received and returned by public postal service (accounting for 18.27 percent); 779 records were received on the online public service portal (accounting for 1.74 percent); 1,111 documents were received directly on the software of the Ministry of Planning and Investment; and 5,629 applications were received on the software of the Ministry of Transport.
In 41,111 solved documents, there were 16,110 documents solved before schedule (accounting for 39.19 percent), 24.885 documents solved on schedule (accounting for 60.53 percent), and 116 documents solved behind schedule (accounting for 0.28 percent). The total fee collected from 19 departments and branches was over VND 8.48 billion.
The center received 1,645 reviews of staff receiving and returning results. In which, satisfied votes were 1,614 (accounting for 98.12 percent), average votes were 16 (accounting for 0.97 percent) and dissatisfied votes were 15 (accounting for 0.91 percent).
Besides, in the first 6 months of the year, the website portal implemented 1,876 news and translated 102 news into English.
In the last 6 months of the year, the center will continue to complete activities after consolidation; coordinate with departments and branches that have administrative procedures to be implemented at the center; increase the rate of documents solved before and on schedule as well as minimize the rate of documents solved behind schedule; and organize training courses to improve communication skills with customers for staff at the center and district-level Public Administrative service centers, etc.
At the conference, the center also approved the drafts of Working Regulations and Internal Expenditures Regulations./.
