Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Pham Van Canh and leaders of some related departments and branches attended the explanation session.

At the meeting, the provincial People's Committee and leaders of the provincial departments and branches explained the land management, the investment in industrial zones and clusters, residential and urban areas. Specifically, the rental price of land in industrial parks and clusters has been still very high; compensation and site clearance have still faced difficulties; the progress of investment in the infrastructure of industrial parks and complexes has been prolonged.

In addition, the provincial People's Committee has also proposed many solutions in the coming time for some projects that have slow or prolonged investment progress for many years.

Regarding environmental problems, the Provincial People's Committee explained the management of environmental pollution in Hoang Gia industrial cluster (Duc Hoa district); offered specific solutions to reorganize Loc Giang industrial clusters on handicraft - construction materials (Duc Hoa district).

Besides, the provincial People's Committee explained and clarified the issues related to site clearance, investment schedule, technical infrastructure, wastewater treatment system in industrial parks and clusters as well as residential areas, etc.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Thanh Cang asked the Provincial People's Committee, relevant departments and branches, local authorities to focus on seriously, fully and effectively carrying out the solutions and commitments that have been proposed in this explanatory session. Regarding criteria that their implementation is slow or does not comply with the resolution, there should be a specific roadmap and plan. Thereby, it will not only create a clean land fund to attract investment but also enhance inspection and review of all projects to resolutely recover the projects that are behind schedule, etc./.
