Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Tran Van Can highly appreciated the efforts and determination of investors to overcome difficult times due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic to implement the necessary procedures, ensure sufficient conditions to start the construction of infrastructure. When Huu Thanh IP is completed its infrastructure and put into operation, it will be one of the important links, contribute to the development of industry, trade and services in Long An province in general and in Duc Hoa district in particular.

The Chairman of the provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the capacity of investors. This is one of the major investors with experience in building IP infrastructure. Hopefully, with this experience, the investor will build Huu Thanh IP to become a modern, model IP in green direction. Along with the advantage of neighbouring to Ho Chi Minh city, convenient transportation infrastructure, promising to be an ideal destination for domestic and foreign investors. Since then, it creates a driving force to contribute to the economic development of Long An province to become more stable and improve people's lives.

Huu Thanh IP is invested by IDICO-JSC and Long An IDICO Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. The IP has a total area of over 524 hectares with an investment of 5,253 billion VND. In particular, the Industrial Park planning industrial land for lease nearly is 399 hectares, green trees - water surface is nearly 63 hectares, land for operating service is 5.3 hectares, land for technical infrastructure is 5.2 hectares, transportation land is 51.6 hectares.

General Director of IDICO-JSC - Nguyen Van Dat said that the IP has basically completed the compensation, site clearance, ground leveling, technical infrastructure and guaranteed conditions to start up the projects in accordance with the law until now. Currently, constructions such as main roads to industrial zones and waste water treatment areas are being rushed to implement. The company strives to the end of 2020 will be eligible to attract investors to directly produce and trade. By 2026, all infrastructure in the IP will be completed fully.

Infrastructure investors award 1 billion VND to social security fund of Long An province, 1 billion VND to Duc Hoa district

IDICO-JSC is an enterprise operating in many fields such as investing and developing industrial park infrastructure projects, electricity, transportation, urban and housing, construction and installation, etc. IP development is a traditional field, the core of the Corporation's brand.

Currently, IDICO is investing in building and managing and operating 10 IPs across the country with a total area of more than 4,000 hectares and a total investment capital of over 18,000 billion VND in many provinces and cities. The IPs attract over 250 investors from countries and domestic investors with an investment of more than 7 billion USD. They create jobs for more than 100,000 workers, contribute to increasing budget revenues, restructures the economic structure of localities in the direction of raising the ratio of industry and services.

At the ceremony, IDICO-JSC contributed 1 billion VND to the Social Security Fund of Long An province and 1 billion VND to Duc Hoa district.
