The Eco Retreat ecological, commercial, and tourism urban area in Thanh Phu Commune, Ben Luc District is being developed by a joint venture between DB Investment and Development One Member Co., Ltd. and Ecopark Group Joint Stock Company. The project covers over 220 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 17 trillion VND.

Delegates perform the project groundbreaking ceremony
In his speech at the national online ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praised the tireless efforts of workers who followed the spirit of "three shifts, four crews," overcoming heat and rain to meet construction deadlines. He also commended the thorough preparations for the launch of major strategic projects in commemoration of the reunification anniversary.
The Prime Minister called on ministries, sectors, and localities, which serve as project management agencies, as well as investors, to swiftly organize operations and begin project exploitation to maximize investment efficiency. For newly launched projects, he urged investors and contractors to promptly mobilize equipment and manpower, accelerate progress, maintain quality, and bring the projects into operation soon to serve the public./.
