Leaders of the province, some departments, sectors and investors survey the progress of Huu Thanh IP infrastructure construction 

Huu Thanh IP has approved the project planning in Huu Thanh commune, Duc Hoa district with a total area of over 524 hectares. In particular, the industrial land area is over 360 hectares, the rest is resettlement area, shared facilities for the whole area. The project is invested by Vietnam Urban and IP Development Investment Corporation (IDICO-JSC) and Long An IDICO Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

Currently, investors compensate and clear more than 90 percent of the total project area. In more than 360 hectares of land for industrial development, the investor has completed the leveling of an area of 120 hectares. In particular, the main road to the IP connecting DT 830 BOT to Tan Duc IP, Hai Son IP, Tan Do IP is being urgently constructed. This entire connecting road has a length of about 2.5 kilometers, of which investors have had about 1.5 kilometers of the road under construction of rainwater drainage system and covered with rocks.

According to Deputy General Director of IDICO-JSC - Nguyen Van Minh, after more than 3 years of project implementation, IP has had enough conditions to start construction of technical infrastructure items to serve to attract investors to directly do business in the IP up to now.

At the survey, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut highly appreciated the effort of infrastructure construction in the IP over the past time. In the coming time, investors will continue to build detailed, specific plans, concentrating resources to implement the project on schedule, quality assurance, in accordance with regulations, standards and planning has been approved. In the process of project implementation, investors should regularly directly discuss with relevant state management units to promptly solve and remove obstacles and difficulties in the implementation process. The provincial leaders desires that Huu Thanh IP completes infrastructure items to attract investors to directly produce in the fourth quarter of 2020./.
