Duc Hoa III Industrial Park Project - Slico is one of the component projects of Duc Hoa III - Slico Industrial Park, with a total area of nearly 200 hectares, accounting for 10 percent of the total area of the area. This is the third-largest industrial park in cluster of 13 industrial parks in Duc Hoa III. The project is invested by Sai Gon - Long An Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and Minh Duc LA Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is in charge of business and development. Slico is determined in the model of Service Urban Industrial Park, with total registered capital of 388 billion VND.

Regarding internal infrastructure connection, in addition to two 4-lane roads (36-meter road, D1 street), Slico also spent more than 26 hectares to build internal road system, 41.94 hectares for green area and water surface. Also, the industrial park also reserved 2 hectares of warehouse space, as well as synchronous investment in technical infrastructure systems and services to meet the specific needs of the supporting manufacturing and processing industry.

Owning great advantages from transport infrastructure, along with its strategic location, IP is expected to become an important link in the southern industrial supply chain, as a gateway to consume raw agricultural, forestry and fishery products for the Mekong River Delta and the Central Highlands. Specifically, this industrial zone will provide raw material inputs to industrial centers in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai. Since then, imported raw materials are gradually replaced to increase the value content for agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
