This is an annual soccer tournament organized under the cooperation of Long An Newspaper, Tan An City Football Association and Center for Culture, Information and Broadcasting of Tan An City.

This year's tournament attracted four teams to attend, including Dung Phong, Long An Youth, Dong Thap Youth and Vinh Long Youth. In addition, the tournament also received the companionship and sponsorship of enterprises such as Dung Phong, IDICO-LINCO, Tran Anh Group, Dai Phat Co., Ltd. and so on.

According to the Organizing Board, the participating teams will compete in a round-robin round to select the champions.
