The Tax Department aims to implement synchronously and comprehensively institutional work, administrative procedure reform, administrative modernization, etc. The tax sector has successfully applied information technology to tax administration stages with more than 20 professional applications, in order to create favorable conditions for people and businesses. Up to now, nearly 100% of businesses operating in the area have registered to declare tax via the Internet, over 98% of taxpayers have made electronic tax payment and electronic tax refund, 100% of enterprises use electronic invoices according to the regulations, etc.

In parallel with the reform of administrative procedures, tax policy also timely reaches taxpayers, empowering them to implement the self-declaration and self-payment mechanism, the right to self-register to use invoices, etc.
