A key highlight is its strategic location, once home to the Duc Hue District Party Committee headquarters, marking its administrative and developmental significance. This location is not only well-connected but also a cultural, social, and economic center, playing a crucial role in the area’s overall development.

With a development orientation centred on trade, services, and eco-tourism, Dong Thanh Commune is undergoing a gradual transformation. With its vast area and natural landscapes—especially the poetic rivers—Duc Hue Commune is well positioned to chart a promising course: becoming a regional hub for industry, logistics, and trade services. The planned development of modern warehouses and dry ports will significantly bolster import-export activities, establishing Duc Hue as a key economic highlight in the region.
