According to the assessment of the Provincial People's Committee, in the first 9 months of 2025, the socio-economic situation in the province achieved comprehensive results in all fields with 8 positive highlights. Notably, the estimated GRDP growth rate increased by 9.52%. Of which, primary sector increased by 4.33%; secondary sector increased by 12.76% and tertiary sector increased by 8.07%. With this growth rate, Tay Ninh province ranked first in the Southeast region as well as the Southern region, ranking 8/34 provinces and cities nationwide. Notably, in the past 9 months alone, the state budget revenue reached nearly 40,000 billion VND, a sharp increase over the same period in 2024, exceeding 105% of the central budget estimate and reaching 104.3% of the provincial People's Council budget estimate, up 35.4% over the same period. Of which, domestic revenue reached nearly 34,000 billion VND, up 38.7%; land use fee revenue reached nearly 10,500 billion VND, up 86.8%. The disbursement rate of public investment capital was improved with a figure of 60.01%. In the first 9 months of 2025, the province also recorded strong growth in the trade and service sector. Of which, the total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue in the first 9 months is estimated at 184,794 billion VND, up 15.65% over the same period; the total import-export turnover reached nearly 23 billion USD.

Along with solutions to improve the investment environment and enhance the provincial competitiveness index, Tay Ninh continues to affirm itself as an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors, especially large corporations from all over the world. According to Director of the Department of Finance Truong Van Liep, since the beginning of the year, the province has successfully organized many investment promotion delegations, connecting cooperation in countries such as Japan, China, Australia, and South Korea, as well as welcoming and working with many investors having interest in the investment environment and project development in the province, thereby attracting strategic investors with capacity, reputation, and experience to invest in. At the same time, continue to maintain dialogue conferences with enterprises and organize working delegations to visit and encourage enterprises to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles arising in the context of operating two-level local governments as well as affirming the viewpoint of always accompanying enterprise. In the first 9 months of 2025 alone, many industrial and commercial projects with large investment capital were started in the province, such as Thanh Phu Commune Ecological, Commercial, and Tourism Urban Area; Mai Ba Huong Residential Area; Tandoland Industrial Park; Thu Thua IDTT Industrial Park; Binh Hoa Nam 1 Industrial Park; Phuoc Vinh Tay New Urban Area; T&T City Millennia Urban Area; Shiliduo Company's Auto Parts and Accessories Factory; etc. Up to now, the province has 31,847 registered enterprises with a total registered capital of over 918,267 billion VND; 3,089 domestic investment projects with a registered capital of about 694,000 billion VND and 1,928 FDI projects with a registered investment capital of nearly 24.4 billion USD.

In addition, the fields of culture - society, national defense - security and the operation of the two-level local government in the province have also achieved positive results. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut affirmed, "The above results are an optimistic signal, demonstrating the high determination and consensus of the whole province, creating an important foundation to make a breakthrough in the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2025."

However, taking a comprehensive look at the socio-economic picture in the first 9 months of 2025, the Provincial People's Committee also recognized limitations that need to be overcome soon, such as the unfavorable consumption of agricultural products, the prices of most agricultural products tend to decrease compared to the same period in 2024; compensation and resettlement support work, although achieving positive results, still has a number of projects facing difficulties, slow to be resolved, some investors have a low disbursement rate compared to the average of the province; the settlement of administrative procedures has not ensured progress. These limitations not only hinder the overall development but are also a big challenge, requiring the entire political system to have drastic and synchronous solutions to overcome, ensuring the completion and exceeding of the targets in 2025.

In Khanh Hau ward, immediately after the administrative unit arrangement, the ward focused on stably operating the new government apparatus, arranging cadres, civil servants, and public employees according to their job positions and professional capacity, thereby solving the work well right from the grassroots, ensuring that all work under authority is basically operated smoothly, without delay, without errors, serving the needs of the people and businesses well.

According to Chairman of Khanh Hau ward People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Cuong, through the assessment of socio-economic development results, the ward has currently completed 11/14 targets, 1 target is about to be achieved. Until the end of the year, the ward will focus on accelerating the completion of the remaining targets, focusing on the work of collecting the state budget, ensuring the completion of targets to meet and exceed the targets assigned by the province. In Tan Tru commune, Party Secretary Dang Hoang Tuan also said that there are still many tasks from now until the end of the year, which will determine the results of the whole year 2025. "The Party Committee of the commune determined to focus on leading and directing the People's Committee of the commune and specialized departments to accelerate and strive to complete and exceed the targets of the 2025 resolution, creating an important stepping stone for the commune to implement the targets and tasks in the 2025-2030 term" - Mr. Tuan said. At the same time, departments, branches and investors need to prioritize focusing on accelerating the progress and disbursement of public investment capital, striving to achieve 100% of the public investment plan by the end of 2025 in accordance with the direction of the government; investors with slow disbursement will be reviewed for responsibility.

In the work of collecting state budget collection, strive to increase revenue by 20-30% compared to 2024 in conjunction with practicing thrift and combating waste in regular expenditures. In addition, from the province to the grassroots level, it is necessary to continue to focus on smooth and effective operation of the two-level local government, avoiding congestion and interruptions that affect public service activities, handling administrative procedures, and providing online public services to people and businesses. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut also requested departments and branches to strengthen the inspection and supervision of projects, especially projects with large investment capital, as well as solutions to improve the investment environment, promote investment and create an open and transparent investment environment to attract investment from domestic enterprises and FDI enterprises, striving to reach the top 10 in the country in terms of quality.
