Vice Chairman of Long An People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa gives gifts to seriously wounded soldiers in Long Dat

On July 18th, Vice Chairman of Long An People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa headed the delegation and leaders of the provincial departments, branches and unions to visit and give gifts to seriously wounded soldiers in Long An hometown being treated at the Long Dat Nursing Care Center for soldiers and people with meritorious services (Long Dat town, Long Dien district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) on the 73rd Anniversary of War Invalids - Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2020).

Currently, the Long Dat Nursing Care Center for soldiers and people with meritorious services is treating and caring for 58 people of over 20 provinces and cities nationwide. Of which, Long An Province has 3 wounded soldiers being treated including Tran Khac Hai, Nguyen Van Hoang and Nguyen Van Bach.

On this occasion, the delegation offered incense at the home of the martyrs' families; gave 7 gifts to war invalids and policy families in Long An hometown, worth 3 million VND each; and 12 gifts for wounded soldiers being treated at the center, worth 200,000 VND each.

Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee  - Pham Tan Hoa expressed his deep gratitude to wounded and sick soldiers, martyr heroes for their great contributions and precious sacrifice in the struggle for national liberation. At the same time, he also respectfully thanked the center's staff for graciously taking care of the wounded and sick soldiers in Long An hometown in particular as well as in other provinces and cities in general./.
