With the goal of developing the tourism industry in a smart and effective direction, Tay Ninh has implemented many synchronous solutions from the government to tourism businesses. In particular, the province has deployed QR code applications at nearly 200 historical sites and tourist attractions in the province so that tourists can easily access information introducing destinations; integrating the Tourism Information Portal with smart tourism digital maps, building tourism communication channels, Chatbot systems, operating tourism applications to integrate and synchronize smart tourism maps and other tourism information; integrating the "check-in" feature of Tay Ninh tourism destinations; integrating applications to support tourism program development, online booking and paying for tourism services; consulting information and directions for tourists, receiving and processing feedback from tourists.
A notable highlight is that Tay Ninh has been applying 3D Mapping technology at the Southern Central Bureau National Historical Relic Site. This is a revolution in telling historical stories, recreating past events more vividly and realistically than ever before.

Accordingly, 3D Mapping technology has vividly recreated the historic Junction City anti-sweep battle in 1967 on both the panorama screen and the interactive sand table, helping viewers clearly visualize one of the largest US-puppet military campaigns that the base ever faced.
In addition, dynamic maps and cleverly integrated documentary images help viewers better understand the background, strategic location and central role of the base throughout the resistance war.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha - a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City, said: “This is the first time I have visited the Southern Central Bureau Base, and watched a very vivid and attractive 3D Mapping presentation. A period of hard work and life and a heroic struggle in the history of the Southern revolution were recreated. I now have more respect for peace and determination to build my homeland and country to become more and more prosperous."
Tay Ninh province is making efforts to complete the digital infrastructure in tourism, promote high-speed Internet coverage in key tourism areas; build the image of a friendly, safe and quality destination through actively implementing price inspection and monitoring activities; instruct local businesses to promote tourism accommodation on social networking sites, provide online booking services such as: Agoda, Booking, Facebook, Zalo so that tourists can access, consult and choose the destination according to their needs.

Developing smart tourism is not only about applying technology but also a strategy to personalize tourist experiences, increase interaction, contribute to spreading the unique cultural values of Tay Ninh to a large number of domestic and foreign tourists, gradually contributing to the development of the tourism economy—a cultural industry with great potential of the province./.
