Disadvantaged families in Long An’s Can Giuoc & Can Duoc districts receive new houses
Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh and sponsors gave houses and scholarships to disadvantaged families, students in Long An province’s Can Giuoc and Can Duoc districts on April 21.
Deputy PM Truong Hoa Binh and deputy chairman of Long An province People’s Committee Hoang Van Lien give certificates to the sponsors.
100 scholarships worth VND 500million were given students at Can Giuoc and Can Duoc districts’ schools while 10 poor families received 10 houses on this occasion.
These supports helped disadvantaged households in the province have better living conditions and encourage students to overcome difficulties as well as to continue their studies.
Ngoc Vien Dong Corp presented VND 200million to Can Giuoc district to build rural bridge./.
